Final Wrapping Gradients

Smooth wrapping now works without the artifacts i got before since i use proper math this time around! When enabled it changes the TPS kernel to a biharmonic based version to allow for periodicity. This is roughly 2x more performance intensive when enabled but I think it’s worth it so we can have nice things!
